This is THE BEST hospital!!! Everyone shod have their surgery here at TOSH.
Their beautiful facility is like a hotel. Huge private rooms nicely decorated, and bathrooms with full shower and lots of room to move around. Their staff is kind, caring, courteous, and compassionate to your individual needs. When you push the nurse button they are right there to see what you need. No squawking over the intercom to see what you need. What a relief!! Nice quiet facility! Slept like a baby there. The food is delicious and nothing like a regular no taste hospital food. This is the absolute best hospital I've ever experienced. The medical staff, hospitality, housecleaning, and the 5 star rated hotel/hospital food service with very professional wait staff were all beyond the best patient care, interest and service facility. You can't go anyplace better than Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital for non-emergency procedures.
This is the Beverly Hills of hospitals!! They are kind, attentive, and quick to respond to your every need. The food is fantastic and they encourage family to spend the night. They treat visitors like guests at a party, asking them if they would like a drink (non alcohol, of course) or snack. The rooms are like a swanky hotel room. It's a beautiful place to recover!! Wow! Amazing staff and care. How can hospital food taste this great?
The staff made al the difference! Great folks, all of them... And I mean that. Back surgery is not fun but it was funny with this group of compassionate caregivers.
