While the staff was exceptionally nice, I did encounter a few problems that were soon handled very professionally by their Manager, Emily. She addressed my concerns and issues and immediately took a positive recourse to the problem. Although my experience may have been a bit off, I do feel Emily was very concerned and her professionalism was exceptional. Thank you for that.

Finn LOVES hanging out with his friends at Thousand Hills! The staff is amazing and treat our precious boy as if he is one of their own! He gets so excited every time we ask him if he wants to go see his friends. They are always able to find the right mix of dogs for Finn to play with....which isn't an easy task! I Would give 10 stars if I could!
On a recent visit to San Luis Obispo I found that I needed some doggie day care. Thousand Hills Pet Resort had been recommended. So I reluctantly put my two doxies into their trusting hands. This would be our first experience. (I was the one with separation anxiety!) They were welcomed with open arms, and off they happily trotted.
