Excellent experience! Our dog gets homesick very easily - not at Thousand Hills Pet Resort! :)
We have moved around a lot with our dog, so we've tried a number of different playcare/boarding facilities. Thousand Hills is one of the best we've been to. They have nice grounds and friendly, knowledgeable staff; overall, the operation just seems really well run and organized, which is what you want when leaving the dog you love with strangers! Have been bringing my fur baby here for almost 2 years. Mostly daycare with some boarding mixed in. Highly recommended!

Terrible service my dog was not cared for correctly at all and was abused
They lost my dog. That should say enough about my review.

Raya has been returned home safe and sound on 24 April 2016. After her daring escape from our facility, she continued to return back to the Kennel daily, but could not be approached or lured back in. The staff spent days searching for Raya within the area. She returned and was finally coaxed back with treats by our Kennel staff. Generally in our application process if we identify that a pet has escaped from owners before and are elusive when called or treated, we do not allow them to board here specifically for this reason. ... read more
I bring my dog to Thousand Hills pet resort for doggie daycare while I'm at school, I love this place! The staff is always very friendly and caring and my dog is always happy when I drop him off and pick him up.
