They stole from us, tried to hold our furniture hostage . Double charged us $660.00 twice, once by demanding a Zelle payment then by running our credit card for another $660.00. Complaint filed with bank for fraud and Attorney General. Do not trust this Company.less than 1 star rating, maybe a minus 100 is more accurate.
Worst move ever.......and I've moved 6 times, even cross-country. I've never had so much broken furniture, china, pottery, the way they literally throw your items around. Now I find some of my jewelry is missing! I have enough damage listed to fill the yellow legal pad.........a long list. Then they padded the charges and wouldn't leave til it was 'venmo'd' into his bank account. I don't understand how they can stay in business? Tag onto the State Attorney's office........
We hired them to move us from Florid to Tennessee. Our truck was scheduled to be here May 6. Today is the 8th they said the truck would be here today. Well no truck today. First excuse truck broke down. Second excuse truck is overweight and have to wait for another truck. Originally said we needed 2 trucks but loaded everything into one. Here we sit no furniture or dishes. No one wants to call you back. Customer service sucks! Do not Do business with this company !!If I could give them a Negative Star I would Hired them .. Hours before the Move the Truck broke down.. I have to scramble to find another company... They refuse to give me my $400 deposit back.. Its been 6monthts, I have been emailing, calling and chasing them, and they keep giving me the run around !!Very unprofessional. Again You have been warmed.. Do no mess with them..
I wish I had come to BBB and checked these movers before using them. Incredibly unprofessional, damaged/lost furniture, damaged my wall in the staircase and up charged me on arrival to the property. I showed them the original quote and said they would drive off with my belongings. I was in a rush and stress due to my job but had I not, I should have called law enforcement right there. Do not use!
Di not use these movers. This was the worst experience. They are not professional movers. They damaged every piece of furniture I had. They did not strap or wrap my furniture. The mover who spoke English lied to the owner and said I refused wrapping. Not true. I refused crating if my TV. When I reached out about my claim they told me they would send a furniture marker. What a joke. They never sent anything.
Mike here. This company is so bad I would call the The Devils Den. Justin, Danny, Hector are really bad business people to work with. They will extort every dollar they can get from you. Tell everyone you know to never never never - EVER do business with this company. They will hold your belongings hostage until you pay there ever increasing fee. We hired Thoughtful Moving to move ** out of *************** to ******* on June 15th 2022.They were the worst company I have ever done business with. Paid over 3 times the quoted price. They asked how much one of my TVs was worth and magically after random charges you not laid you charged me the price my TVs were worth. Then tried getting more money after getting to my new place prior to unlocking. This place is a legit scam.
