I am 7 months pregnant and had to park my car around the corner from my house and walk to my house because they were repaving my street. I tried to park as close to my house as I could, being that it's hard to walk as it is. I did not know that the street I parked on was the next to be repaved. Hoa had my car towed and to get it back from the tow company it is $235. I don't have any extra money just laying around to pay for this bull, I am already struggling as it is. HORRIBLE!! They don’t even take care of what they are supposed to yet they have the nerve to have board meetings about your yard to impose FEES! UNPROFESSIONAL! Don’t return telephone calls or answer emails but yet sends a certified letter saying “THE KEY TO RESOLVING THIS ISSUE IS COMMUNICATION” Really? Double standard, big time!

I dont even want to give one star, rather give zero. Justin Roger's told me to "shut the f*** up!" At the last board meeting and acted like he was calling the police on me because I wouldnt stop saying what I had to say, because he is a LIAR and has cost me thousands because he lied to the contracting board when i had a case to get my backyard fixed, he let's no one talk at the meetings. If you threaten his poor ego, he will just kick you out because he cant handle criticism for how terrible they are and absolutely no help. ... read more

I agree with all the other reviews, Thoroughbred Management needs to be fired and replaced by a good management company. They are difficult to work with, they are not friendly or even professional, and they do not take responability for their own mistakes. They changed our mailing address so that we didn't get any notices, like the one about an increase in our association fees.
