I agree with other reviewers. Homeowner harassment and a neighbor serving as the HOA reporting guard taking pictures of what is going on in my front yard, faster than the News caster. But not reported for dead tree and visible dead grass in their own yard. How did the HOA handle this case? I held the HOA responsible for the safety of homeowners and not being stalked by malicious individual who is not even a homeowner. Harassers and stalkers are criminal offenses and punishable when proven. I feel not safe to live in this... read more

Here goes another review on Treasures LMA/Thoroughbred Management: Treasures HOA - Why Do They Go Straight to Notice of Hearing Treasures seems not to send a "Notice of Violation". They apparently go straight to "Notice of Hearing". Does anyone else have to deal with an HOA like this? They don't return calls timely, if ever. I was told by the manager, Abbey Groth, In February that normally a "First Notice" is sent, then a "Hearing Notice". I wish she would tell her employees. I called today, with no return call. What I did not receive was a “Courtesy Notice”, “First Notice” or 2nd Notice”. What I DID receive was a NOTICE OF HEARING letter dated November 21, 2022 for an issue. I did not go to the hearing. I received a RESULT OF HEARING letter dated December 13, 2022. By this time, the issue, I thought, had been resolved. Since I hadn’t received the letter stating that, I called them on February 13, 2023 at 12:40 p.m. and left a message as to what I was requesting…a letter that the issue had been resolved. 1 star as there is no way to select zero. I purchased my home in one of your managed communities, thinking my living experience would peaceful, but only to learn that they don't even enforce the rules they write. They make sure to charge you the monthly dues that have gone up in price though. Paying these people to do nothing.

If this association were in my power, I would give it ZERO STAR but is not possible for me, the only thing they are interesting is to collect your monthly payment, apart from that, our neighborhood is too dirty, the streets, our yards are Super dirty, in particular, I had to talk to Justin is too badass human being having Justin aboard in throurbread association is very poisonous fir your company he’s very rude guy and I hope soon the company get rip of this inhuman being
