Excellent customer service! Johnnie exceeded his promise, my wife's ring needed repairs and he did a great job!
Horrible customer service. Their employee makes a mistake on charging the merchandise, I take it back to get sized and the workers were whispering. Made me feel like I did something wrong. I will NEVER shop here again. There are to many other jewelry stores in town to be treated like crap. BUYER BEWARE!!!
They are a rip off and have 0 customer service. I took my mothers ring there to get it sized and it turned black where they sized it. Stay away!
