Its beginning to feel a lot like Christmas! They treat me like royalty. High quality diamonds. Nuff said.
Thornton and sons are the best! Beautiful jewelry and wonderful staff.
If you have money to waste, this is the place to go! They do have beautiful pieces but their prices are astronomical. Repair price are the same. Their customer service needs serious help. I hope they read this and improve all mentioned but I doubt it.
I'm a returning patron. I've purchased wedding rings & had repairs to my existing items. The latest was a sentimental piece of my fathers. A Chia had fallen off his mazuzah & I asked if it could be duplicated & attached. Johnny did a free hand design that met my approval. I'm so happy with the result. They are my jewelers. Always satisfied. B
I have been dealing with the people at Thornton's for many years both buying and getting items repairs. I don't go any where else. The staff had always been friendly.
Too arrogant for their incompetence, no since of reality from servants...I say that because of it wasn't for customers the staff would be of no service. I went there for Pandora bracelets&charms, but the lazy lady kept saying, "I think we are out of that" or "we wont get any of those"...haha, I found all of them in their case. If it wasn't for my wife liking the specific brand of jewelry and being a nearby location, I would have went elsewhere.
