We have been with this Company for 9 years now and they are the one we always call to service our two units and our gas logs every Spring and Fall. They always do an exceptional job and even if something is not to our satisfaction, Mike Garrison, General Manager always sees that things are completed to our complete satisfaction! I have a Geothermal ac unit and have. been trying for 3 yrs to find a company that knew how to work on them. after a couple hours I found this company and emailed on a Sunday night. recieved an email and phone call Monday morning saying they would be there the next day. they were thorough and found the problem and fixed it. they were respectful, nice, and very professional. I will be recommending this company to all my neighbors. excellent company and wonder job!
We called on a Monday to have a technician come out and take a look at our system that was causing some condensation. We had Jerry at our home on Lake Barkley by late morning. He went over all 4 of our Trane units and gave us wonderful advice about how to avoid condensation in the future. We are new owners of a large log home, and heat pumps and such are a new thing to us. I will be contacting the home office to set up service contracts. We are extremely pleased with the service and helpfulness from Thornton!
