I did eye exams twice, and the doctor and her service were really good all the time (5/5), but customer service from reception has been pretty poor each time I interact with them. (1/5). Asked a question on my bill related to reimbusement after paying at the spot, receptionist just saying they don't know and I need to call and ask insurance company. Dr. Yi and her staff are highly professional, but just as importantly, very caring towards their patients.
Amazing service and quality! Highly recommended.
Staff were courteous and prompt. Eye exam fee of $205 is more than double what I paid elsewhere previously, maybe inflation? Some of their equipment is more manual which was not as comfortable than what I’m used to. Easy to get an appointment right away.
