Doctor Hershenfield really cares about the kids and even communicates with parents after hours. Even though we miss doctor Greenberg, doctor Hersherberg so far has created a really good impression on us.
Sent them an email because they WONT ACCEPT CALLS but it took them more than a month to reply. The other reviews are correct. Worst staff members. Admin need to evaluate their team.
Best doctors and clinic system in Canada I have experienced in my whole life living here. Clinic itself is very outdated, but it's Canada so can't expect too much. Email booking, fast replies, no BS, efficient clinic and nice doctors. I wish I can be there patient myself.
The absolute worst clinic I have ever been to in my whole life. My children who are almost 12 and 10 had been going to this clinic since they were born. We were seeing Dr. Prabhu who moved to Maple Kids. When she moved, we were asked if we wanted to move to Maple Kids or if we wanted to stay with them. We told them we wanted to stay with them and we were transferred to Dr. Sudai. I am echoing other reviews about unprofessional and rude support staff. All communication is happening via email only, they intentionally do not answer calls. Email communication is very brief, lacking even a basic greeting line. It was my daughter’s paediatric clinic since her birth. We have never had a permanent paediatric doctor at this place.
