The folks at Thornhill could not have been better. A newly purchased used car had to have a transmission replaced and the A/C condenser. Though it took longer than any of us wanted, I got the car back today and they did a great job!
Had timing belt/water pump/ serpentine belt replaced. They did a great job and communicated very well through the work. Timeliness was not bad either. Very pleased with everything!
New to area, recommended for auto service by church member. Made appointment on line, took maybe 5 minutes, and had opening within 2 days! Check in took no time at all, confirmed the service required, handed over my key fob to the knowledgeable and professional front office guy. Nice lounge, quiet. Coffee. Great auto repair shop! Management (Gary and Cole) provided amazing customer service with detailed information about the issues with my vehicle, provided timely updates and ensured that I was fully aware of the costs associated with the repairs. They went above and beyond to repair and provide my vehicle in a timely fashion. Will definitely utilize them for any future repairs and highly recommend the shop!
Wanted to share my experience with Thornhill auto repair and the employees. I’ve been up to the shop on multiple occasions and let me tell you it’s always a great experience. They make everything an easy process and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend anyone that needs repairs done to there vehicles to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. The manager Gary has always gone above and beyond every time I’ve had to go out there.
