Would never call anyone else for HVAC on commercial & home property installtions & service. Had new A/C units recently installed, very professional crew. Pricing & warranty unbeatable. Been a very satisfied customer for 20+ years. Thank you TBI.

Not a professional HVAC company. No follow-up communication, technicians are not thorough and spit in your crawlspace and can't diagnose the real problems. Not BBB acredited, that makes a big difference between member vs accredited. I would avoid this place and just let it go out of business. Call Dauenhauer if you want anything done right.

Look I'm not really the reviewing type, I think this speaks volume to their service. My HVAC crapped out and died right before this heat wave, and I thought I was screwed, but Thornberry Bros came through. They had techs out quickly, replaced my entire unit indoor and out faster than I was expecting, and even hauled off the old one like it was nothing. Thornberry Bros. did an excellent job repairing our air conditioning system for our house. Their price, to make the repairs, was very reasonable and they made the repairs in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I've had three old heat pumps replaced by Thornberry Bros over the past 7 years or so, and one emergency/after hours service call. All have been good experiences -- especially the service call ... 5pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend with guests coming over for the night & the AC goes out. The technician showed up about 30 minutes after the call & had the warranty item fixed in another 30 minutes. I was originally referred to Thornberry Bros by a contractor friend & continue to be happy with their service.
