I love this dental practice. Both Dr. Thomson and Dr. Palmer are highly skilled dentists which is important but they also conduct their practice with the highest level of integrity and ethics. I never feel like I'm being influenced to spend more money or have more procedures done that are really necessary. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. They make it about as pleasant an experience as you can have.
My husband and I have experienced professional and caring treatment over all that time. Most importantly our teeth are in great shape and all of them the original issue thanks to top quality maintenance from Dr. Thompson and Adrienne and the fantastic staff. Whether it's Dr. Thomson or his hygienist, my teeth are always cleaned with great detail and pride! Plus the office staff is exceptional.
Everyone in the office was great. My cleaning was on time and it was very easy. Dr Palmer is great.
Dr. Palmer has been my dentist of choice for routine cleanings etc for a couple years now. Recently, I had a chip/erosion of the enamel on both my front upper incisors. These defects stained easily and were embarrassing. Dr. Palmer did an amazing job! The color and contour of the repaired surface matched perfectly - and all this was repaired in one visit! I have been going to Dr. Palmer for years. I hate dentists. I absolutely abhor them. They are always poking you in the mouth with sharp objects. Who likes that? But Dr. Palmer and his staff make it a thousand times better. They are friendly, professional and most of all, compassionate.
Dr. Thompson and Dr. Palmer are great Dentists and very easy to work with. They almost make going to the dentist enjoyable. Their staff is even better. I've never had a bad experience there in over 20 years of being a patient.
