Very food as usual. Adriane is my tech specialist and she always is very friendly and professional. Dr. Palmer checked in after my cleaning and adjusted my appliance. I am a long time patient and have always felt like I was treated with care and respect.
I have been going to Thomson and Palmer for more than 30 years, and even when we moved to another town, I still make the drive into Austin to go to this dentist. I would not trust my family to anyone else!
I had severe tooth pain and called for an appointment. My dentist, Dr. Thomson, was not there but Dr. Palmer fit me in immediately. The problem was addressed and my pain was relieved by an adjustment. Due to my problem I was referred to a specialist and have an appointment in a few days. My tooth feels much better now and my problem will be taken care of. I am impressed by the care and dedication of this team. They have always been there for me. Thanks!

I needed an emergency dental appt and Dr Palmer's office was very accommodative. Once I arrived, I was promptly shown in and the broken crown replaced all in the span of 15-20 minutes. Great service!
