As always, the staff were superb in their treatment and personal communication from the second I walked in to the second I left! Dr. Palmer is a great influence, both personally and professionally! Can I give them 6 stars?
This was an excellent visit. Dr. Palmer and staff were all helpful and gave fast, accurate helpful service. Dr. Palmer put me in touch with Dr. Cavaretta to ensure all needed work would be approached, at least, on my July 28 appointment. I appreciate Dr. Palmer's seeing me on very short notice. The staff are all so genuinely friendly and helpful that it's a pleasure to know them.
I came to Dr. Palmer for a broken tooth that happened about 2 weeks before a trip, and at the time I hadn't been to the dentist in way too long...and I was terrified! He and his staff got me into the office and got my tooth all fixed up for my trip. They also laid out a plan of oral care in a way that made it both affordable and not scary. Dr. Plamer and staff always give first rate service ! I can't ask for better
Dr. Palmer is outstanding and takes a keen interest in making sure you are taken care of--very sincere and dedicated. Stephanie is a very professional hygienist--would highly recommend her. Front desk is always excellent. In short, the entire office is very professional.
I just want to say I'm impressed with the staff with Dr. Palmer and the cleanliness of the office.
