A good knowledge of their profession and friendly attitude
These folks really know their teeth. Fortunately, they also know MY teeth -- quite well. Yesterday's visit was just for cleaning and State Inspection, but I left with my million-dollar mouth in better shape than ever... One of the best things about this practice is that they know the ins and outs of filing dental insurance claims, and they get the job done. Although almost no one says they love going to the dentist, I have to say this is a caring, personalized service with high quality and professional care. Dr Palmer is just super personable and talented and Adrienne, my hygienist is just the nicest and very competent person!
From start to finish Dr.Palmer’s office is a great experience! Making appointments is easy, never have to wait, amazing dental hygienist that is gentle and thorough, Dr Palmer is on time and professional, filing insurance is easy and office staff is friendly and quick to checkout!
Always a pleasure to visit Dr. Palmer’s office. His staff is top notch and they make you feel right at home while giving their best to take care of you.

I’ve been going to Dr. Palmer for 10-15 years and can speak to their kindness and professionalism. Marita is always there to greet me t the front desk or over the phone. Stephanie has been cleaning my teeth ever since I started going there. Both Stephanie and Dr. Palmer are super friendly and appear genuinely interested in me. They’ve got great communication. No surprises. The only thing I can’t speak to is how they address issues because I have never had one issue come up there! That’s pretty amazing customer service!
Our whole family appreciates the care we get at Dr. Palmer's office. They truly care about each of us and offer flexible solutions for any issues. We feel like we are visiting family at his office. We have been going to Dr. Palmer and Dr. Thomson's office for about 35 years, and even though we have moved to another city, we still drive to this office for dental care.
Dr. Tait Palmer and his entire staff are wonderful. They are professional and friendly, and I have never had a bad experience there.
