Dr. Thomson and Dr. Palmer are absolutely the best dentist in Austin, Texas. They have the most wonderful staff that makes you feel like family. They whole office is so professional, kind and courteous. They work hard to get you in and out in a timlely fashion. They take great care of their patients. Stephanie always get my teeth so clean. she is wonderful !!! Wouldn't go anywhere else.!!!

I love this practice. Every single soul is kind, professional and compassionate. I think a requirement of their job includes 'good sense of humor'. Dr. Palmer is my go to guy, I adore this man. I never dread going to this office. Wish I could say the same for the rest of my medical pros.

Stephanie, Dr. Thomson, and Dr. Palmer are the best in town! They are first class in their care and concern of their patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They truly are the best in Austin!

I have been with Billy K. since 1979, best finest caring dentist in Austin, Texas especially with his associate Tate Palmer. Great staff, they bend over backwards to accomodate and take care of your teeth and gums. Ted Jeter

I have been to multiple dentists in my lifetime from Louisiana and Texas and I have to say this group has been by far the best! Very personable staff and they genuinely care about their patients! Love 'em!

When I moved to the area 6 years ago I was referred to Dr. Thomson. I have been very pleased with the treatment I have received. He has referred me to an excellent oral surgeon for an implant and was very pleased with the results.
