Somebody needs to investigate what is going on. Appointment just cancelled with no explanation other than “not accepting new patients, future appointment cancelled”. My daughter’s appointment was scheduled in May, we scheduled this April 2024!! We have been waiting almost a year for answers to her ongoing cognitive issues, and this was the only place in our insurance network that was taking patients at the time. Everywhere has a year plus waiting list and we have to start over!! This is crazy!!

My daughter has had an appointment scheduled for almost a year and today 10/29 they cancelled her appointment for 11/11 saying they’re no longer seeing patients in Minnesota. How is this okay?

My daughter had an appointment for early October that had been scheduled since the end of January and they cancelled it by email two weeks before the appointment date. They said, "our [doctor] has decided to step away from the practice to spend more time with family." This is not true; the provider is currently employed full time elsewhere. Waited over a year for an appointment, google says it's open till 5pm. Got there at 9:03 am for my appointment at 9, yes running a little bit late, and it's completely closed doors locker and lights off, I even tried calling them and they didn't answer.

We've been scheduled for an appointment in August since January and they just emailed us to tell us it was cancelled. No help getting in anywhere else, 8 months of waiting and now we start over at square one.
