Yes I contacted the dealership about a Kia Sportage but the question I asked about participating in the Kelley Blue Book trade-in that I had if they participated and giving me Blue Book value for my trade in on the vehicle. My question was never answered all they wanted to do was sell me the Kia... follow up on questions asked by customers would help
I live in Oregon and spoke with Dave re a Toyota 4 runner. Road blocks regarding selling out of state ie transfer of title, wheels, price considerations etc all answered NO. My impression of your dealership is your plate is too full and I was just an inconvience. Video did not come through twice and I was just left hanging . No follow up. I did buy a 4 Runner in Washington with no problem . Dave= lousy representation of your dealership. Horrible PR !-

I was contacted by the internet sales rep and sent a nice video of the car in question. My husband and I went to the dealership and we were taken care of well. We drove the car and inspected the car to our satisfaction and were happy with the car itself. We expressed concern about the mileage and the sales rep contacted me in the next day or 2 about the car, stating that the price was lowered due to the mileage. I appreciated that the sales staff were not pushy.
Ending up selling the car before we could get there. They were very good on the phone. Our commitments didn't allow us to go there soon enough. Someon else just beat us to the car.
My experience with Thompson’s Toyota was very positive. Our salesman was very polite, considerate, and explained everything thoroughly. After doing my research, I felt like I got a fair deal and most definitely will be heading back for my next Toyota purchase.
We had a great experience. Shortest time we’ve ever spent at a dealership to purchase a car. Staff was friendly and transparent.
