Great customer service! Made the whole experience very easy.
Still trying to make a deal on one of the Hondas they bring onto their lot for comparison shopping for Toyotas. They told us they don't really negotiate price which I found funny. I've never bought anything for over $300 that was nonnegotiable, after a little more back and forth on the phone they have done some negotiating. Overall they were professional and courteous. If you use this dealership talk to Roy.
