I’m giving this hotel 5 stars because of Mr. Million! We had an HVAC issue in our room and had to switch rooms. Of course, no guest enjoys having to repack, move, and unpack again. But Mr. Million made the entire process completely seamless. He personally carried everything for us—including our clothes still on the hangers—which made the transition incredibly easy. That level of service really stood out. Thank you, Mr. Million, for turning what could have been an inconvenience into such a smooth experience!
I came to DC for a quick midweek getaway and I had an amazing experience! From checking in Ryan explained everything very well and even gave me recommendations for places to go in/around DC. (I took the recommendations and they were actually good!) The rooms were very well kept and definitely had a relaxing ambiance to them. The rooms service was quick, and even breakfast was very nice.
