After scheduling an appointment with them 6 weeks in advance they cancelled and no showed 3 times. The last time they no showed and we had to call them again to ask what happened. We were told to just get our money back from Groupon. No apologies after making an appointment 6 weeks in advance and no show/no call 3 times. Clearly, they don't need or want business. Do not expect any level of customer service (or service PERIOD) from this company!!! After purchasing a groupon from them and making NUMEROUS attempts to call and make an appointment we finally reached them by using the number on their website. We verbally set an appointment on the phone and they did not show up. After never receiving a call to reschedule, an appointment was made again using their online service. We asked Thompson Tree Climbers to remove some tree limbs from our back yard. They came to check the job and price was reasonable. We scheduled with them to come out, so my husband took the day off work. They ended up not showing up or calling, and would not answer or return our phone calls or texts. Looking further into this, their reviews and BBB ratings are terrible. In response to their bad reviews, they argue with their customers or give excuses.
