Supper unflexibel
This was like the perfect visit, if there could be one. The timing went perfect, I had little to no waiting. X-rays were taken and shortly there after The doctor came in and introduced himself. The doctor explained the x-rays and prescribed a cortisone shot in my shoulder. All the while that he was administering the shot he was apologizing for any discomfort that he was causing. Dr Thompson could be the best Doctor I've ever experienced. Very experienced, provides details about options and puts things in layman's terms. Great experience.
I have already recommended Dr. Thompson since my own visit. Felt I was listened to, got the appropriate treatment and will follow up. He took detailed notes during the visit, spent quality time with me. His credentials are impeccable. ????
Dr. Thompson is a wonderful, compassionate doctor. I fractured my shoulder in two places. He explains everything in detail and answers any questions. He is very well educated and informative. I would highly recommend him.
Arrogant, condescending, won't let you finish a sentence. At the end of my appointment, he said he could refer me to an Orthopedic surgeon. When I inquired of his qualifications since he advertises that he is an Orthopedic surgeon, he showed me the door. I said to him, "Thank you for wasting my time." His response, "Same here." Therefore, "Dr." Scott Thompson feels patients are a waste of his time.
