Dr. Janusz was dismissive and seemed to formulate an opinion without any justification. I’m assuming ignorance is reason. IMO he needs to not judge a book by a cover and not to assume. I’m not sure if he has a “god complex” or if he just really is not mature enough to be a good doctor. Not sure if I will go back to him or not. It’s sad we are in a country where we have to accept not up to standard doctors.
Great doctors, but unfortunately work behind the absolute rudest receptionists I think I have ever come across, they don’t acknowledge you or your children once in the office, are rude ans not willing to even remotely help over the phone. Unfortunately we will be looking back down at the coast for any further help.
I just wanted to provide a positive experience with my 6 year old son who went for surgery to have tubes inserted. The whole surgical team from the porters, nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr Janusz, (Surgeon) were amazing. My son had brought a squish mellow who was also given an IV, a name band and even had the hole in his lining sowed. Top notch care!
Dr Kramer is great, he is kind and did a great job with my son's surgery
