I just wanted to provide a positive experience with my 6 year old son who went for surgery to have tubes inserted. The whole surgical team from the porters, nurses, Anesthesiologist and Dr Janusz, (Surgeon) were amazing. My son had brought a squish mellow who was also given an IV, a name band and even had the hole in his lining sowed. Top notch care!
Dr Kramer is great, he is kind and did a great job with my son's surgery
My mother had a terrible experience here. She almost fell during the exercise and the doc who wasn’t standing beside her did nothing to help, also made her feel terrible ,she is still very emotional about the appointment, this dr. Apparently yelled at her to keep her eyes open while doing the Epli Maneuver and didn't provide her any support despite knowing she had a back injury
This "specialist", Dr. Zhao, lacks all empathy.. He doesn't brace any his patients even if they are over 60 with a BROKEN BACK. This man needs to find a new profession or retire or better yet build some strength if he can't safely help someone do the maneuvers he needs them to do when a physiotherapist can. He then blames THE PATIENT for not being able to do the maneuvers injury he provided no brace/supportive device or himself to hold them. HE doesn't help them and then yells at them.
