Very professional.
I live 12 hours away I booked an appointment MONTHS in advance for a WAY over due appointment. I have a growing sinus cyst in my sinuses that has been growing for over a year now causing numbness, dizziness ect.. and the referral took almost a year to go through and then they call a week before my appointment after I pay deposits for a hotel, dog kennel ect.. and cancel the appointment saying the doctor won't be in the office friday afternoon and only give me an option for 2 weeks later. Dr. Janusz was dismissive and seemed to formulate an opinion without any justification. I’m assuming ignorance is reason. IMO he needs to not judge a book by a cover and not to assume. I’m not sure if he has a “god complex” or if he just really is not mature enough to be a good doctor. Not sure if I will go back to him or not. It’s sad we are in a country where we have to accept not up to standard doctors.
Great doctors, but unfortunately work behind the absolute rudest receptionists I think I have ever come across, they don’t acknowledge you or your children once in the office, are rude ans not willing to even remotely help over the phone. Unfortunately we will be looking back down at the coast for any further help.
