Very friendly, very professional and quick. Janessa is awesome! She made me feel so welcome and even gave me eyedrops on the house for my wedding this upcoming weekend. Dr.Allaway was very kind and professional. 10/10
On the whole, a really good experience. Friendly staff, doctor was nice and informative, and the place is clean and generally welcoming. I would have given them 5 stars, except there was nowhere for me to sit comfortably. All the chairs in the waiting area were regular sized with solid arms, which unfortunately, as someone with wide hips due to lipedema, means I can't sit comfortably in them - I have to perch on the edge or tilt and sit on my hip, neither of which is fun. Staff went out of their way to find a way to repair an old pair of glasses. Treated my elderly relative with patience. Great customer service!
