Hi Lane, We are on site 3 days a week at Haile Gold Mine, We make every effort to service all the units on site. Unfortunately, sometimes they are not always accessible due to circumstances such as units blocked by cranes or other equipment. And weather can also play a part due to areas being saturated by heavy rainfall. If you could tell me which area or unit number you are having a problem with, I will look into it and see if we can get this problem handled for you ASAP.

Great customer service and rental prices are very competitive... I got a dance floor and 100 chairs for my wedding for much less than what another company quoted me for just a dance floor(without sacrificing quality)! I'm very pleased and will use them again in the future.
Unable to contact anyone you have no emergency telephone or email contact. The machine I rented field 10 minutes after I started it up this morning....no help from you I'm stuck and ticked off! Jeff
