RecommendedMy husband rented a stepladder and extension ladder from the Lexington location today. He did not think he would be able to get the extension ladder in the rental car and was so appreciative of the help offered. The gentleman loaded it in the car for him. Excellent prices and service! Thank you.
No one will answer the phones. I'm trying to line up a porta john for a construction site... these are the times listed on their website: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Saturday, 7:30 am 1:00 pm Sunday, Closed. However, when you get someone from the Lexington location to answer, they'll tell you that the Northeast location (portajohn) closes at 2 on Fridays. Still doesn't help me.. they won't answer on Monday!
ZERO STARS. honestly some of the most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen. we simply asked why the price was higher than it was online. the co owner, assumably, would give no info and was so rude and unprofessional. we stayed calm. did not argue, raise our voice or anything or the sort. he continues to treat us badly and said "if you don't like it too bad." he pointed to to door and said "my name is on the door, get out". so we calmly left. if your customers are more calm professional than the owner? that's just... read more
I purchased a plate compactor and they assured us they had just gone through machine changed all oils and filters.... We used it 2 times and it started smoking. Took it to be looked at only to find the e.gine needs to be replaced.... Very Shadey with the sale of their equipment..... Paid over $700. For crappy equipment.... Would never recommend these people

We used Thompson's Rental for our daughter's wedding and they were fabulous. They were attentive to details and made sure everything was to our liking. Robert and Bruce and their team were great. I highly recommend them!
