They have no integrity! They do not follow through with what they promise, they don't guarantee their service work, and they bait and switch. Really they are amazing, right up until you sign on the dotted line and then it's like they could care less. I was supposed to get free oil changes for life, apparently life means up to 60k, and free means with purchase of some other servicing while getting the oil change. They repaired a seat for me that had a tear, a month later it ripped again in the same exact spot, but wouldnt do ... read more
They do a nice job with car repairs and maintenance, but then they have their sales people pester you to trade your car in if it's in good shape.
So I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews, but for thompson mazda I have to make an exception. Just purchased a 2015 mazda 3 from them and they were beyond awesome. They worked very hard to get me into a vehicle and they exceeded my expectations by getting me into a brand new car! They are laid back and not pushy . I highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. People that I dealt with were *Sean Climer(sales) *Ricky Kim(sales manager) and *Tony Pozderac (finance manager)
I went in several times and talked to Mike Pagliaro. He was patient and worked with us. Tony took care of helping us with finance. I we got our new Mazda 3 five door. Great Job, Great experience. I recommend them...highly.
