Nicole understood the urgency and was able to get someone or quickly. I forgot to get the technician's name, he was young and good looking if that helps narrow it down, but he was quick to figure out the issue and determined it was the toilet itself. The new toilet was installed in a breeze. Thank you so much for getting someone out quickly
They were on time and professional and quick changing my garbage disposal! What a breeze! Worth every penny.
He replaced my sump pump. Didn't hear it running for awhile because of the drought. When needed later on the new pump failed. Installation???My basement flooded. They did not stand behind their work. They wanted to bring in fans and dehumidifier. It was beyond that. I had to call Serv-Pro.They had to totally gut my basement and it took 7 days to dry it out. Replaced flooring,woodwork,etc. I will never recommend this company to anyone. A very expensive stressful lesson learned!!
Had Thompson Hovan out to check my furnace and AC, all in all a really solid experience. Tech was on time, knew his stuff, and explained everything clearly without trying to sell me anything. Hard to find honest HVAC companies, but these guys are the real deal. I’ll be using them again.
