I’m so excited there aren’t enough rating stars! I’m going to have to summarize my experience. I was introduced to Thompson Hovan’s Heating and Cooling through a home warranty claim. Just when I thought the light was completely burned out with a pending claim for over a month, I was very WRONG!!!! Very prompt. I called on Tuesday and by midmorning Wednesday my sump pump was replaced. First time customer with them and very satisfied. I will be using them for any future repairs! My repair person was very respectful to my home.He took extra care as to not leaving a mess or damage . He went right to the task at hand and finished in a very timely manner!
Addressed the problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t look to make unnecessary expensive repairs. A++
