Very experienced, pleasant, caring practice.
Dr Thompson has said many inappropriate things to my wife in the past, but the one that made me say 'Enough is enough' happened when my wife was pregnant. He made a comment about her face being more round to which she said she was pregnant. He responded with 'Got it. I just thought you were getting fat.' The fact that this was not the first time he has made comments similar to this toward her pushed me over the edge. Everyone is so helpful at this office and very accommodating of my schedule. The office receptionist, Debbie, always makes sure and schedules our appointments on school breaks. I don’t even have to ask. She just remembers and will call me when there are cancellations to see if I want to come in when it’s convenient. Dr Thompson and his staff are very professional and caring. I explained my fear and bad experiences to them, and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thompson and staff. Truely a great experience. I highly recommend them for all your dentistry needs.
Dr. Thompson is the best dentist I've ever been to! He doesnt "hurt" me, he cares, & he listens to/advises me. He puts in a 300% effort to successfully correct my dental flaws! I also really appreciate Debbie and Dr. Thompson's assistants. They are all so nice and reassuring! He has always maximized my insurance coverage.
The office is very clean and calming. Never have long wait times. The hygienist I use is very thorough, kind and professional as well as Dr. Thompson. He takes his time, listens and cares about your needs. The entire staff from the receptionist to the dentist, treat you like family going above and beyond to help their patients with your best care as their goal. I’ve stayed with them over 10 + years and very satisfied!
Upon seeing the negative review regarding the fluoride and Dr. Thompson not wearing gloves- *I’ve been going there for over 10 yrs and have never experienced anything like that review stated. He and my hygienist ALWAYS wear gloves, are patient and kind. Dr. Thompson has gone above and beyond writing to my insurance company even to request they cover a treatment for me (that wouldn’t even be given by the dentist but by my medical provider) to help with my TMJ/migraines. I was so relieved to get insurance where Dr. Thompson was in network again! He has taken care of me for a few yrs now and I don't want another dentist. You can tell he loves what he does and is knowledgeable! He treats you with kindness and will get you fixed up if there is a problem. Mrs. Debbie is also the best and will make sure you get what you need!
Does amazing work, have been going there for years.....they always makes sure I can get in for any emergency needed.
