My 3 replacement windows are beautiful. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. I plan on getting the other 20 windows in my home replaced by Thompson Creek. I am a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you, Thompson Creek.
While the installers were 1 1/2 hours late, they were courteous and efficient in installing the storm door. The storm door is of itself high quality and was properly installed. However, as was explained to me by the sales representative as well as others, the project manager never showed up to inspect the finished installed product. However, all in all, I am happy with the storm door. Please do not sell my personal information to other companies.

On 9/11/19 at 11AM Thompson Creek failed to show up for a windows (sales consultation) appointment and never bothered to call to explain why or apologize for wasting my valuable time. Every phone number I had for Thompson Creek connected to a call center and I was kept on hold for hour + and was never connected to or allowed to speak with any requested/responsible person (IE the person who was no-show for the appointment; or George S*****, the sales mgr. or Rick W****, the business owner.) only call center appointment setter... read more

Excellent job done by the crew but terrible customer service. That is my experience after having windows installed in two rooms. You would think you will get good service after choosing one of the most expensive company in the area, but that was not the case. Ones you sign that contract you are on your own. Again, the crew that performed the job was excellent and professional. Thats why the the 2 srar rating.
