Thomson Creek installed 11 new windows and 2 new doors for us in 2024. The initial work was excellent and the new installation fully met our expectations. Since then, we have been trying for months to resolve a warranty issue with Thompson Creek and their follow on service does not even rise to the level of abysmal.
