Mr. Gyasi Lester, the Factory Representative was very professional and knowledgeable of the products. His presentation was very clear and all questions were explained satisfactorily. After, discussing storm doors, windows, and sliding glass door installations, I was convinced to trust Thompson Creek services. I didn't feel a need to get additional estimates from other companies thanks to Mr. Lester.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Gary Halford, a sales representative from Thompson Creek Windows, and I couldn't be more impressed. Gary demonstrated professionalism, product knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping me find the best solution for my home. He took the time to explain the features and benefits of Thompson Creek windows clearly and never once made me feel pressured.
From start to finish their system is very efficient. All personnel in the process were professional, thorough and friendly! We were particularly pleased with the installation crew and their attention to detail and precision. Our sliding patio door and bathroom casement window are beautiful, works great and the slider is fun to just look at!
We were having problems with our slider and it needed to be replaced. We talked with 3 companies, and Thompson Creek was our first choice. Their sales representative was knowledgeable and professional, and there was no high pressure involved. Our installer, Daniel, arrived this morning along his assistant.
