I went to Thompson Cancer Survival Center today after finding a lump in my left breast, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Bridgett, who did my ultrasound and mammogram, was absolutely amazing. She had the best personality and made me feel so comfortable during such a stressful time. The kindness and care I received truly meant everything. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.
They did my PET scan. They were very caring. Great experience
Worst medical facility I've ever dealt with. They botched my appointment by accidentally canceling it and I didn't find out until I showed up for my appointment. Apparently it was a computer error or glitch and they did nothing to fix it. Than when it was rescheduled they said they hadn't received the doctor's order even though my doctor had proof of faxing it over. So I had to reschedule it elsewhere since they kept saying they didn't get the doctor's order. Very poor management and office communication. I wouldn't recommen... read more
