They are so helpless that they can’t buy a vein detector light . They injected me 5 times with water and failed to find my veins. Why can’t they buy a vein detectors device. They need to improve quality of care.
The staff was beyond friendly and making an appointment was easy. I waited well over an hour to be seen even after filling all my paperwork out ahead of time. Watched many people arrive after me and be seen before me. I was told my self pay amount would be $200 without insurance to talk to a doctor about an ultrasound scan referral. Since i dont have insurance I triple check the payment amounts beforehand. Such a wonderful staff. The entire team always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is explained. After 20 treatments of radiation, they make you feel like family. Truly kind, genuine people.
