Nico the valet helped me with parking my car. Was the absolute best. Very attentive to me and was EXTREMELY respectful! Definitely recommend getting to know him
Great location, great interior, and awesome dining options. BUT the service level of the front desk is definitely below standards for a 4-star hotel. Not only do they have an attitude when answering questions, but when I requested the staff to help me print something, she asked me to send it to the email but then made me stood in front of her and waited for five minutes while she worked on her other tasks, which she didn’t communicate to me (?) then when she was done she finally stopped typing and asked me if my email addres... read more
Party! Party! Party! You want to wake up and think you are still at the strip club? This place is for you. Raw concrete ceiling, black curtains, black wall, black night stand, black light switches, black metal fixtures, and a BLACK TOILET. Dated trendy barn door for the bathroom. Old school mini bar stocked with mini booze with a black price list so you can read it. You can hear the party outside all night too.
Valet parking only. Single rooms a bit small but nice. Service staff is very kind and accommodating
