Horrible service. We went in to buy a Speed Queen washing machine. They showed us what they has and said REPEATEDLY they offer a 5 year warranty. Once they delivered it, the manufacturers paperwork said it’s a THREE year warranty. We called, no call back. Called again, said no it’s a 3 year warranty on that one. NOT what they said in the store. Also, we had to purchase the hoses. When it was delivered, they said the hoses we already had were better, so they just left them. That’s fine. Bought a GE Hotpoint washer paid over $600.00 for it..They said that was the simplest cheapest washer they had and not to go to any other stores..They could beat everyone's price etc.. We've had it less then 30 days and I called them because it hasn't worked properly since we got it.. A guy by the name of Marty got on the phone and was absolutely rude to me.. RecommendedReally nice people to deal with. Purchased on Friday, delivery first thing Tuesday morning. It’s difficult to find an appliance in stock. Removed the old one and installed new one. Leveling it was a challenge for us, but everything else was great.
Amazing staff! Our refrigerator will not be in for a few weeks and they provided us with a loaner in the meantime. Absolutely so thankful for how they helped us.
We ordered a GE washer and dryer and due to Covid they have been on back order. Thomson’s brought us over a loaner set to use until ours arrives! We highly recommend them, we have bought all our appliances from them and they stand by their products and have great customer service.
Worst customer service ever! I bought an apartment sized dryer that was dropped off in my kitchen. When I plugged it in, it was broken. Marty said he would order me a new one. After a few weeks, his guys brought a dorm sized dryer...1/2 the size & 1/2 the price. I refused it & had them take it back. When i mentioned price, he said i didnt give him a chance to refund me any $ if i would have accepted it. He couldnt think of that when he ordered it or delivered it! $1,129 for a Maytag dryer all by itself. Got a quote at Lowe’s for a Maytag set for $1,199. (Same model, same year- but bigger in size) When I told the salesman this he said he would match that price, so just like that he is giving me a dryer priced at $1,129 for $70? When I questioned him on these numbers he rolled his eyes and said “well good luck at Lowe’s”. Thank you Sir, I’m sure I will be very happy with my decision.
Their communication sucks. They gave me one delivery date then changed it when it was the day to deliver. Once they arrived at my home, they destroyed my entrance way and refrigerator when trying to come through the door. They “promised” to fix my entrance way and give me new doors for my refrigerator, however it’s 2 months later and they still haven’t done anything. Don’t do business with them!
