I found her on the verge of "Rudness". I'm old enough to be her father. I'm a patient/customer and we should be treated with a bit more dignity. Her written report does not reflect accurately her performance and our discussions. She doesn't "Listen", has tunnel vision as to solutions. I've used her for several visits and will not be going back.
Wonderful staff and doctor. Have helped me and my family so much. Would definitely recommend this office!
Thanks to Dr Thompson and her amazing staff for their quick and efficient treatment of 9 tears and a detached retina. Everyone was very friendly, and their handling of my situation was first class. I highly recommend this team for anyone with this issue.
