Update in response to Mr. Faucetts comment: Yes, this attorney represented my case back in 2021. I left a review now because this case is still ongoing, 4 years later. Had Mr. Faucett called the Motion to Compel, to be heard before the presiding Judge back in 2021, this case could have already been completed. Mr. Faucett did not represent me competently. For example, he filed a Motion to Compel against the opposing party; however, he never called the motion to be heard before the presiding Judge. Therefore, the motion was meritless and accomplished nothing. This is just one example of numerous discrepancies, while this attorney represented my case.
