I arrived a little early and the receptionist informed me that the dentist had an emergency call earlier and was running a little behind. I don't mind as long as I am told it is for a good reason. I was prepped and then prepared for two crowns. Not bad as dental work goes. I have been a patient of Dr. Waggener for a long time and I would not have been if he were not taking good care of me.
My hygienist is always very nice, pleasant and professional. Everyone in the staff is very friendly.
My visit with Dr. Waggener was really awesome!!! He and his assistant Julie took great care of me and made me feel very comfortable.
They always know you, and always make you feel at home. They make going to the dentist a good thing!
My exam and routine cleaning was as timely, comfortably professional and pleasant as always. My family (wife and 4 kids) and myself have been using Dr Waggner since moving to Waco 6 years ago and have never been disappointed. Between the six of us, we've experienced the entire spectrum of dental services. Even the dental-phobes in the family enjoy going in for their appointments.
Going to the dentist has never been a pleasure for me but since it is necessary I do go. Dr. Waggener and his staff make my visits as pleasant as possible. So much so that I actually don't mind keeping my regular appointments.

I had a great visit. I have been going to Dr wagoner office for half my life and everyone is always very nice. I was having a lot of sensitivity and the hygienist took the time to make it as comfortable as possible. No one ever seemed as they were rushing even though they have other pts. They all took the time for me. I appreciate everything they do and will go here as long as I can. Keep up the great work
