As I first time visitor I was made to feel at home. We were in for a check up for my 13 year old son. The hygienist (Jessica) was very professional and thorough and made sure he understood everything that was going on and hygiene tips for continued good dental health. I will be recommending Dr Waggener and his staff to everyone I know.
Excellent Service (as usual) No waiting time
I never thought I would be excited about a dentists office! I finally found a dentist and team today that honestly have your best interest at heart. I was so scared when I got there, but left relaxed and ready to do what needs to be done. They are very caring. If you need a dentist, but avoid them due to anxiety, please give Dr. waggoner and his team a chance. You will not be dissapointed.
Yesterday , I had an old crown( put in years ago by another dentist ! ) come completely out. I was able to "save" it . I called Dr. Waggener's office & was able to get in immediately to have it reglued & polished to a great fit ! Dr. Waggener appreciated my need to have it fixed ASAP , as I was leaving town that very afternoon . Thanks Dr. Wagg !!!
The entire team was very welcoming and helpful. They made it feel as if I was a returning patient not a new patient and I like that. The hygienist and dentist explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what they were saying. Definitely happy I was referred to them.

For most people, a trip to the dentist is not something to look forward to. However, Dr. Waggener and his staff make it much more pleasant than one might think. I appreciated the courtesy and friendliness of the staff and Dr. Waggener's approach to my needs. He provided options and discussed pros & cons with each. I am confident I did and will receive the best of care. The only thing that detracted from the overall experience is the waiting room - they have some sort of infomercials playing in their TV which was a bit annoyi... read more
