Make sure to verify whether your insurance will cover your treatment with Bellevue Square and ask for written proof if so, from both parties. I came here to get a night guard after being diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. The device was $1600 and I was told by Bellevue Square that most of the cost would be covered. Dr Varadi was so helpful in explaining the details and answering all my questions regarding appliances to help with my mild sleep apnea. (His assistant was great too!) I came out of the appointment feeling much more confident about making my decision to go ahead with it. Also, Tina at the front desk was very patient and helpful when dealing with my repeated calls and questions regarding the visit, insurance, etc. I would highly recommend visiting their office with your dental concerns!
