Dr.Toma I have been going to Dr.Toma for about 3 years. He is a good dentist. When ever I have to go in for whatever tooth problem, he makes it seem not so bad. The office is in a convenient location. The staff is real friendly and is good about getting you in when your due to come.
Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? No. I wasn't listened to at all! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? No, they only examined them for a few seconds Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain
Both doctors are great! the staff there is also really helpful and offer great customes service
The staff seemed nice. They seem very rushed and will not spend a lot of time with you. Did not have time to clean my teeth during check up. Will try to pressure you to buy high priced services that are not on your dental plan. I decided to go elsewhere after my initial visit.
DR. TOMA IS VERY NICE AND HAS AN EXCELLENT STAFF. MY APPOINTMENTS HAVE BEEN PLEASANT AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THE PROCEDURES THAT I HAVE HAD DONE THERE..
