I would personally like to thank Johnathan for his time he spent getting us in our brand new 2019 Hyundai Veloster! He had us done and ready to go in no time! It took longer for them to get gas in the car and detail it than it did for the paperwork process! Johnathan was very generous and continually asked if we needed anything to make us comfortable while we waited! My son’s Hyundai Veloster ‘blew’ its engine recently and was towed to Thomas in Cumberland. They assessed the situation and filed for warranty repairs (with 92,000 mi.!) and it was approved. Car is now back on the road, running great and we wanted to thank Eric and his repair team at the dealership for their support and assistance. Very impressive service! 👍
QUICK lube is a joke. theres absolutely nothing quick about it. Our last 2 visits have been over an hour each time, one of which the filter wasnt even in stock. I dont care how nice your waiting area is, no one wants to wait that long for an oil change. Bring back appointments or find a way to fix the problem
I absolutely love the car and the deal I received, BUT.....theres always room for improvement. When having my vehicle serviced here the waiting area has a terrible tv and very few channels to choose from. if a person is waiting for 1 and half hours then they need to provide better passing of time. The bathroom is freezing cold in winter! brrrr. they only provide free coffee. nothing else! if you want a snack or soda you have to purchase from vendings. This is our third vehicle purchased from Thomas Cumberland Subaru and as always our experience was flawless.
