Thomas and Mary Beth were fantastic to work with. We are based in Cincinnati so there was a great deal of transparency and local knowledge of the 30A market expected by us. They 100% delivered and more. I would highly recommend Thomas for any type of home/condo purchase. A true professional and very trustworthy. I love the fact that he didn’t sugar coat anything and was completely transparent about investing in rental properties. His follow up after the sale was amazing and refreshing. Great experience!
