Tom is my go to guy for my Shakopee real estate questions--haven't been in the market for a while, but Tom helps me out even with market evaluations and comps when we've done appraisals for refinancing. When we do list, Tom will be our first call!
When it comes to selling your house you have a lot of options. Sometimes you might think some are more convenient than others. I found out that is not true after working with Tom! After a disrespectful lowball “guaranteed offer” I was given Toms info from a friend. He knew I was engaging with another realty group and was looking for an easy out of my home.
