Nice day out! I was given a gift card by my In Laws for my birthday 2 years ago. I had since misplaced the gift card and was sad to think that I had let a day at the spa slip away. Great salon I have been going to Thomas Scott Salon for many years and have had my hair done by a dozen different stylists and I have never been unhappy. All the stylists are very competent and talented. I have had cuts, washes, high lights, low lights, everything and have been very happy with the care and concern they provide to me as a client. A place where you can really relax. I like Headlines Salon because the employees make you feel like you are special. They don't rush you in and out. The service fees are reasonable and the spa is spotless. They recently renovated and the place is gorgeous. Bright, spacious and beautiful.
Loved my hair! I was given a gift card for Thomas Scott Salon and finally made an appt to get my hair cut and colored. The salon is beautiful and clean. The staff welcoming and helpful. A one-time Salon One visit was enough for me! Waited for over 1/2 hour beyond my appointment time. Paid a lot to get an amateur cut from an untalented young man. Took weeks to grow out.
Excellent place to go! Highy recommend! If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and professional place to get your hair done, definitely go here! As a walk-in, I was treated great. Burned my Child!! Awful, horrible experience for my teenage daughter! She received two 3rd degree burns and one 2nd degree burns at the hands of their incompetent stylist. The stylist said my daughter was just being dramatic when she began to cry, the stylist even refused to get us ice to put on the burns! Can't wait to go back :D I treated myself to some much needed indulgence, I set up an appointment at this salon for a basic massage and their signature facial. I was taken to the spa and it was beautiful and very clean. I was offered a fizzy fruit drink and a piece of chocolate, already off to a great start. I got my feet soaked in warm soapy water while Nikki, the massage therapist, talked to me about what my concerns were and what I wanted her to work on. super bad haircut-never again Got the worst haircut of my life here at the thomas scott salon paid 46.00 and it looks like hell. uneven bangs chopped all over so thin wish i could wear a hat to work but i can't. it will be years before it grows back. do not go to this place i have had better haircuts from the hair cuttery!!! still waiting for my refund too. even went back and its so bad the other stylist cannot even fix it !!!
