Dr potter is great, his front office staff isn't! The older lady with short brown hair is rude, every time I've been in there she's been this way, it makes for an uncomfortable wait time, which is long bc they overschedule. I would go to another dermatologist if there was one on island bc of his front staff.
Unfortunately I had a very poor experience when I arrived for my appointment. The front desk person was condescending and unwelcoming so I canceled my appointment even though I had waited over 3 months to see the Doctor. A doctor patient relationship with mutual care and respect is essential. If the customer facing person exhibited this behavior and it’s considered acceptable in my opinion it’s a poor reflection on the whole office. Very disappointing experience.
Kind and knowledgeable. Explains process and treats skin. Have always had excellent results w/o scarring.
