I saw Dr. Hong to update my precipation to get new glasses at Costco. He did several test first on my eyes and he discovered that my vision problem could be a fluid leakage behind the eye that was causing my vision problem. He was correct in this statement and eye doctor treated the problem that no longer exist. Thank you Dr. Hong.

I saw Dr Hong today and was impressed with his patience, knowledge and years of medical experience, and his state of the art modern optical equipment. I prefer this doctor to any other optometrist I have seen in the Richmond area.
Dr. Hong is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of diagnosing my eye issues and selecting a prescription for my glasses.
Dr Hong is a great doctor- he remains on schedule and has great 'bedside manner'. His current (Jan 2023) secretary is a nightmare. She is akin to the soup nazi on Seinfeld; I found her to be rude and condescending. After years of seeing Dr Hong, my last interaction with her was my last. Hopefully this woman will be replaced soon.
Dr. Hong explained conditions thoroughly. He is very patient. He is a very good doctor.

Dr Hong gives a very thorough examination. Very thoughtful and pleasant, he explains well any issues that arise. If there is an issue, he makes appropriate referrals to specialists. His assistant is super efficient and very personable. Keeps appointments on time - no waiting.
