Dr. Clifton has been our dentist since 1995! Always excellent care and friendly atmosphere. Sheryl, his receptionist is like a welcoming friend. I would recommend Dr. Clifton every time!

Dr. Clifton and his staff are always professional and offer the best dental services available. The atmosphere in the clinic is always relaxing and you leave feeling well cared for.
I went for a cleaning and X-rays after a 2-3 year hiatus. I don't think I have ever been as relaxed at a dental visit as I was on this last visit. It was just a relaxed atmosphere, which could be due to the fact that everyone who worked there were relaxed and friendly, from the receptionist who checked me in, to the dental hygienist to Dr. Clifton himself, the latter who gave me an overview of my dental situation with an understated but confident demeanor born of his many years in practice.

We’ve been going to Dr. Clifton ever since we moved to Durham, NC. I have had a lot of dental work done over the past 55 years and have lived in 4 states so I’ve had several dentists to compare to. Initially I picked Dr. Clifton for his proximity to our home. I have referred several people to him & all of them have continued with his practice. Why do I stay?
